Features: FRPP, known as glass fiber reinforced polypropylene, is made by blending alkali-free glass fibers with diameters of 6~15μm and lengths of 0.25~0.76mm, an organosilane coupling agent, and copolymer polypropylene at a ratio of 2:8 to form resin pellets. These are then processed through extrusion or injection molding equipment to produce pipes and fittings, enhancing the finished product's (compared to PP) elastic modulus, strength, heat distortion temperature, and dimensional stability.
