For the production of PE100 water pipes, we use: Italy's Baiwang dehumidification and drying & constant temperature feeding system + Germany's Battenfeld-Cincinnati extrusion equipment.
The Italian Baiwang dehumidification and drying system not only ensures that the moisture content of PE resin raw materials meets the standards, and also can deliver them to the production line at a constant temperature, so that the quality of PE pipes remains stable.
Germany's Barton extrusion equipment adopts a screw basket internal cooling die head design, which effectively reduces melt sag and improves the stability of pipe dimensions through forced cold air cooling; the embedded INOEX meter weight control system reduces extrusion fluctuations and ensures uniform pipe wall thickness.
